Product detailed description

The rear wing is made of handcrafted carbon fiber and painted to achieve a high gloss. It is mounted on two swan neck mounts for maximum efficiency and machined from lightweight aluminum  to maintain the best possible performance ratio and weight. The screws that attach the wing to the brackets are made of high-quality titanium, as well as the stiffeners integrated into the wing for better structural stability. The design was inspired by the world of motorsport, the wing profile guarantees the best possible balance between downforce and aerodynamic resistance. The trailing edge of the wing is finished with a small bar (Gurney-lip) to achieve maximum performance by creating even greater downforce.

The design using CFD (computational fluid dynamics) optimizes the wing for the aerodynamics of the BMW M3 and M4, great attention was paid to preventing unwanted turbulence behind the wing and avoiding additional aerodynamic noise.

The wing can be adjusted to three positions, the desired angle should be set manually according to the driver's preferences before driving. The rear wing decorated with subtle Akrapovič logos on both sides is approved for use on public roads by ABE homologation (AKR-WI KBA 31882) .

This product cannot be used for BMW M3 Touring (G81) and BMW M4 Cabrio (G83).
