PERFORMANCE
BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to provide higher airflow than original paper filters. For example, in F1, BMC cotton filters minimize the loss of air pressure passing through the air filter; In this way, the best conditions are ensured for the full use of maximum performance. Therefore, the advantages of replacing the original paper filter with a BMC cotton air filter, manufactured using the same technology and materials as the F1 air filters, are obvious.

DESIGN AND MATERIALS
BMC air filters are manufactured by qualified engineers using advanced software and expert technicians using the latest technology. The F1 filter must be very light, must be made from the best raw materials and must improve performance. For this reason, we only use alloy mesh with an epoxy coating to ensure protection against petrol fumes and oxidation due to humidity. The filter material is composed of special cotton gauze impregnated with low viscosity oil to give you the best air permeability.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding that produces BMC's famous red filters. They are made in one piece with no welded joints in the corners, thus avoiding the risk of breakage. This system called "Full Molding" comes from research and development in F1 and is significant from the technical and quality specifications of BMC air filters.
