The S55 bi-turbo engine that powers the BMW M2C / M3 / M4 F8X features plastic intercooler pipes on both the hot and cold sides. OE plastic pipes often crack, causing leaks. With the powerful J-pipe intercooler we offer a solution to the problem and at the same time an improvement in air flow!
J-pipe design is super durable 3.5” (89mm) and improves airflow. The J-pipe has two methanol injection ports (1/8 -27 NPT) that are blanked with plugs when delivered. Also included is a more durable silicone hose along with matte black hose clamps. A new C-clamp is included to secure the J-pipe to the throttle body instead of the flimsy original plastic clip.
