The oil cooler cover is made from heavy gauge stainless steel and is attached directly to the existing frame members on the G80 and G82 cars, distributing any impact to the strong structural components. Special care was taken to match the hole in the oil cooler cover to the shape and size of the existing BMW oil cooler air outlet to ensure proper airflow.
