Designed, engineered and manufactured specifically for your Mercedes Benz. Our flush welded, ceramic coated long tubes feature a 2” diameter T-304 stainless steel tube top and are made from the same high quality materials used on all RENNtech headers.

The ceramic casings of our heads retain heat in them and minimize latent heat in the engine compartment and fight against thermal stress. The ceramic coating also increases the velocity of the exhaust gases as the hot gases expand faster and allow them to travel faster. By ensuring that the inner surfaces of the holes in the header are smooth; turbulence is further reduced. The net result is a more efficient cleaning of the cylinders, which again offers an increase in performance.

The headers are the perfect complement to our sound and performance exhaust system and increase power by an additional +30 HP and +30 Nm.
