Option to choose between new turbos or refurbishing existing turbos.

When designing these upgraded turbos, we replace the original supercharger and use a much larger and more efficient billet wheel with extended tip technology and mill the supercharger shroud to the optimal gap to match the new supercharger profile.

We will replace the original turbines and CNC mill the turbine housing to install a larger lightweight nine blade turbine for more gas flow. The benefit is greater gas flow, reduced back pressure and reduced exhaust gas temperature, allowing for higher fill levels. This turbine is extremely light, so it has a reduced moment of inertia, which means fast winding for the size.

Good balance improves acoustics. First, the parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2800 rpm in multiple planes, then the components are assembled and then dynamically balanced, but this time at up to 250,000 rpm in multiple planes. The machine will get maximum balance, to a standard much higher than OE.
