The intake has been designed to offer a more efficient flow path to the engine compared to the OEM airbox. Utilizing the patented Venturi design, airflow is able to pass through the filters in a much easier way, reducing system resistance. In addition, by increasing the total volume in the suction, the maximum flow capacity of the system was also increased. Using bespoke filters with an outer diameter of 192mm, boasting a filtration surface of over 110,000mm^2, Eventuri made the most of the available space. Intake air temperatures have also been minimized by ensuring a sealed system and also by using carbon fiber which has a low coefficient of thermal conductivity. The resulting system provides a real power boost and noticeable improvement in throttle response.
